KEY RESPOSIBILTIES (KEY RESULT AREA)

Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Interaction:


  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.

Customer Support:


  • Provide excellent customer support by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers in navigating products or services and troubleshooting problems.

Relationship Building:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively address them to enhance customer satisfaction.

Feedback Handling:


  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments.
  • Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Update customer information in the database.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate customer needs and insights to relevant teams.

Upselling and Cross-selling:


  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services to existing customers.

Customer Education:


  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to maximize their satisfaction.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
