Position Summary:

As an Account Management Executive, you will be at the forefront of our football projects,
managing client relationships and overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging
digital content. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients,
ensuring that their digital presence is both strategic and impactful.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage client expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of football related digital content projects. Ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop content strategies that align with client objectives. Contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns. Use data to drive better decisionmaking and report ROI to stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in cricket and digital marketing. Implement innovative practices to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and strategists to ensure that the content is engaging, onbrand, and tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Feedback Management: Gather partner feedback to enhance service delivery and content offerings.
  • Reporting: Regularly update internal stakeholders on the status of accounts and projects.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 moths of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record in managing digital content projects.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for cricket, including understanding current trends and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Feedback Management: Gather partner feedback to enhance service delivery and content offerings.
  • Reporting: Regularly update internal stakeholders on the status of accounts and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
