6 years of quality assurance and testing experience 5 + years of Salesforce exp

Min 2+ yrs of test lead experience

Strong knowledge of industry standard testing types Functional, Non-Functional, System Integration, System, Business UAT, End to End, etc. testing

Experience in Salesforce Sales cloud and Service cloud

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Skilled in various methodologies Agile, Waterfall, iterative, etc.

Responsible for scheduling reviews, meetings and presentations for the initiatives modules

Accountable for test scenario preparation, detailed test case reviews, test execution and defect reporting

Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards

Certify test results, and record problems and issues in accordance with the defect management plans

Validate product fixes and escalate issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process

Participate in the test defect resolution process this includes facilitating defect reviews and reporting test execution status

Escalate any risks andor unresolvable issues

Identify data needs

Verify compliance of test process on project making sure scripts and test data are being maintained

Support User Acceptance Testing
