Description
Work closely with the Back Office Manager to carry out tasks.- Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when needed.
- Ensure the office is organized at the end of each day.
- Travel for events and activation within India once in 3 months for 12 days
- Ensure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor inventory and supply.
- Assist the front office team and fill in when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors/ Sales team for procurement or reports.
- Perform administrative duties such as making reports, printing, sending reports to clients.
- Associate degree or above in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1year experience in office executive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research will be essential.
Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
