Overview:


Responsibilities:

Revit MEP Expertise:Demonstrate proficiency in Revit MEP software, including but not limited to, creating detailed models, generating drawings, and producing documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Building Drawing Interpretation:Utilize technical understanding of building drawings to effectively translate design concepts into accurate Revit models.

Cad to BIM Conversion: Execute Cad to BIM conversion tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all converted models meet quality standards and project requirements.

Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and designers to coordinate MEP systems within building designs.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on Revit models and drawings to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.

Project Management Support: Provide support to project managers by assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.

Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices related to BIM processes and workflows.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 35 years of handson experience in Revit MEP.
  • Technical understanding of building drawings and design concepts.
  • Proficiency in Cad to BIM conversion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.
  • Work from home option not available.

Job Types:

₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
