- Product Development: Create new loan products specific to respective study location factoring market intelligence, data analysis, college ranking, and other key KPI
- Business Improvement: Discovering a business strategy that caters to the unique requirements of each customer group by considering their financial needs, market trends, and triggers.
- Campaign Enablement: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Brainstorm strategies to identify successful partnerships and promotions.
- Market Research: In-depth analysis of market trends, size, consumer behavior and competition. Research and develop industry insights specific to different study countries and courses.
- Portfolio Analysis: Analysis of existing product portfolio and provide timely insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors & partners to drive business growth and retention.
- BE + MBA degree from Tier 1-2 institutes.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in NBFC/BFSI
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration in Cross-functional Scenario
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Creative and Innovative thinking skills
- Experience or interest in the technology sector and awareness of Fintech and digital transformation trends will be a plus.
