Description
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential corporate gifting clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into sales.
You will be working closely with our marketing and sales teams to help grow our customer base.Lead Generation:
Utilize leads generated from our exhibition stalls and other sources, such as IndiaMART, to identify potential corporate gifting clients.
Conduct market research to identify new leads and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Outreach and Communication:
Initiate outbound calls to leads, introducing them to our product catalog and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for all lead inquiries, addressing questions, and providing product information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Sales Conversion:
Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
Provide detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Segment leads based on their potential, interests, and buying stage for targeted follow-ups.
Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
