IT Executive - MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1.

MERN Stack Development:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Implement user interfaces using React and ensure seamless integration with the backend.

Full-Stack Development:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

3.

Database Management:

Design and maintain MongoDB databases.
Create and optimize database schemas to ensure high performance and data integrity.

Security and Performance Optimization:

Implement security best practices to protect data and user information.

Version Control and Deployment:

Use Git for version control to manage code repositories.

Code Documentation:

Document code and technical processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Team Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate with the IT team to establish development best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in MERN stack development, with at least [X years] years of handson experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
Experience with mobile app development using React Native or similar frameworks is a plus.
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with database design and management using MongoDB.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
