Recruiter (On-site)


Location:
Hyderabad

Job description

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top medical talent / Non-IT talent.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment status.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring doctors and other medical talent.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on doctor /Medical hiring/ Non-IT hiring.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling doctor positions in a healthcare organisation.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top medical talents/Non-IT talent.

Compensation:
Upto 4 LPA


Note:
Only Hyderabad residents. No relocation expense if moving from other city.


Salary:
₹15, ₹33,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rangareddy, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
