Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a technical position

01 years of experience in Linux/Windows Systems administration OR Database design and Optimization OR BigData Analysis OR Network administration OR Devops.
Troubleshooting / Support experience
Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Role - Cloud Support Associate

AWS Support is 24/7/365 operations and shift work will be required in afternoon i.e. 1 PM to 10 PM IST
