An
IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance. Must have knowledge of Networking, BPO Software, CRM, WFM, Domains, and Call Center Dialers.


Roles and Responsibilities
Experience with Workforce Management software (performance tracking, reporting)

Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.

Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to operate more effectively and efficiently.

Support site-level resources with real-time management of schedule adherence and productivity.

Support adding and removing new hires and leavers from WFM systems.

Experience in Engagement Management

Problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of operating systems, software, and devices

Verbal and written communication skills

Workforce Coordination

Experience in client product support

Proven experience in operating and directly handling a scope of more than 30+ FTEs

Know-how in managing real time adherence in different lines of business in a multi-skill environment simultaneously (shrinkage, outages, under/over staffing etc.)

Knowledge of WFM tools

Advanced Excel skills

Must have dialler knowledge & experience for an inbound & outbound process.
