Position Title:
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Continental Cuisine

Job Summary:

The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine is responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.

The role involves working in collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
Support the Chef de Partie in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery during peak hours.
Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge and experience in Continental cuisine, including classic dishes and modern techniques.
Culinary certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality food.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
