Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work.Preparation of Cash Flow & Handling Cash extensively and doing monthly cash, Bank, Debtor & petty cash reconciliation.
Experience in Tally.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to speak Hindi, and Marathi.
Shall have good experience in front office admin work apart from normal accounts.

The job responsibilities include the following:
Accounts Work:
Since we advise investment ideas to our clients, there will be various trade happening in our client accounts, which needs to be processed, maintained, and monitored including the following:
Maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
Admin Work:
Maintain Ledgers, Journals, and other financial transactions and resolved discrepancies.
Paying up all the bills
Attendance and processing of salaries
Handling petty cash
Scheduling interviews, handling office manpower, and other office operations
Ensuring Accounting Department office administration runs smoothly and efficiently.
