Responsibilities:
- Researching market trends and identifying potential clients.
- Developing strategies to attract clients to trade fairs.
- Engaging with existing clients to understand their needs and foster relationships.
- Meeting sales targets and closing deals with exhibitors and sponsors.
- Monitoring industry trends and conducting competitor analysis.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensuring smooth execution of trade fairs through coordination with internal teams.
- Representing the company at industry events and networking gatherings.
- Analyzing financial data and generating reports for business evaluation.
- Staying updated with industry news and trends.
- Leading and supporting a team of event specialists.
- Managing large client accounts and seeking new business opportunities.
- Continuously improving business processes and overcoming challenges.
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of the business unit.
