Responsibilities:


Content Presentation:

Use various teaching aids, visual aids, and real-life examples to enrich the video content and ensure effective knowledge transfer to the learners.


Content Review and Editing:
Review and edit recorded lectures to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence in the content. The teacher should be able to adapt content to suit the needs of different levels of learners.

Self-paced Learning: Create content that accommodates self-paced learning and allows students to revisit complex topics for better understanding.

Assessments and Quizzes:
Develop formative and summative assessments, quizzes, and exercises to gauge students' understanding of the content.

Research and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, pedagogies, and technological advancements. Continuously improve the content quality based on feedback and analytics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the content development team, instructional designers, and video editors to ensure the smooth production of high-quality e-learning materials.


Requirements:


Communication Skills:
Excellent command of the English and Hindi languages with clear and articulate communication skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a simplified manner.

Teaching Skills:
Strong teaching capabilities, including the ability to engage learners, maintain their attention, and explain concepts effectively.

Camera Presence:
Comfort and confidence in front of the camera with an engaging and charismatic presence.

Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with video recording equipment, basic video editing, and proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools.

Creativity:
Ability to come up with innovative teaching methods and ideas to make the content visually appealing and interactive.

Time Management:
Effective time management skills to adhere to project deadlines and deliver content in a timely manner.
