**CALL:

Aguaclan Water Purifiers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out through IndiaMart, a leading B2B marketplace in India. You will play a vital role in converting these inquiries into sales opportunities for our water purifiers.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers on the IndiaMart platform in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and budgets for water purifiers.
  • Provide accurate information about Aguaclan's water purifier range, features, and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers.
  • Coordinate sales activities with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the company's CRM system.
  • Generate reports on IndiaMart inquiries and sales performance.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using computers and comfortable with CRM software.
  • Indepth knowledge of IndiaMart platform functionalities is a plus.
  • A basic understanding of water purification technology would be beneficial.
