Description
Promote high-quality Sales, Supply and Customer Service processes.- Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address Customers needs.
- Maintain Cost Sheet and Price List.
- Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO's etc.
- Follow Ups with Clients for Quotations.
- MIS, Weekly & Monthly Reports of Sales.
- Maintaining Sales Records & Sales Files.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide support when required.
- Inter
- Department Coordination.
- Supporting the sales team with internal sales information.
- Team Player with a high level of Dedication.
- Good command over English and Business Communication.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, GMail etc.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
