Job Summary:


As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can leverage digital channels and traditional marketing approaches to effectively reach our target audience in Dubai and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and market dynamics in Dubai.

Identify and prioritize key marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.


Market Research and Insights:

Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and regulatory changes in the business setup sector in Dubai.


Digital Marketing Leadership:

Implement data-driven strategies to optimize online presence and generate qualified leads.


Brand Development:

Lead the development and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance with the Dubai market.

Collaborate with internal teams to align brand messaging with business objectives.


Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.

Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.


Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+Proven experience as a senior marketing executive, ideally in the professional services sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on both shortterm and longterm business objectives.
