Description
Purpose of the Role- Follow-up with customers for orders, appointments, stamping renewals 2. Increasing the customer walk-in B) Key Deliverables 1. Start the day by downloading the leads for the day in the CRM 2. Have a Plan and Schedule the work 3. Complete the targeted number of calls per day 4. Follow the Etiquettes, Mannerism and be Genuine during every call 5. Document the daily call report on time and submit to Show Room Admin in Charge 6. Discuss with the superiors for new challenges faced during the customer calls 7. Collect the relevant lead details from the Sales, Service, Stamping Departments 8. Collect the relevant details required from the Sales Department and upload it in the CRM 9. Collect new leads from various sources like media news, reference etc. 10. Collect new leads from online media
