Change Manager and Process Owner Key Accountabilities ? Responsibility: ? Experience in Process Consulting ? Design develop the Change Management process ? Implement monitor the compliance and effectiveness of the Change Management Process ? Driving CAB / ECAB meeting and processes ? Ensure no un-authorized change execution / Minimized failed changes.

Change Coordination Change Management Reporting Coordinating with Problem Incident / Capacity / Availability Management team members Escalation management for any reported escalations Process audit and compliance check People management Stakeholder Management Skills And Experience Skills Required:
ITIL certified professional on Change Management Had prior experience of Change Management Experience in managing teams / stakeholders Good communication and presentation skills Tools: BMC Remedy / Service Now / ITSM or any other industry standard ticketing tool
Other Requirement:

Open to work in shift for 24 x 7.
