About the team:


The Customer Success team at PlayShifu plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and guidance.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value of our products.

This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences. We give a lot of power to our customer champions to solve customer issues (without the strings of approvals and hierarchy)


What you'll do:


  • Engage and individually manage a large volume customer connections (reachouts, enquiries, troubleshooting, issues, and help desk tickets)
  • Manage a US number as customer support number for receiving direct calls from customers
  • Work closely with stakeholders (product managers, developers, sales, operations, and QA) to identify their workflow processes and connect them to common themes and customer pain points
  • Identify and prioritize resolutions based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal timeframes.

What we're looking for:


  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. (written and spoken English and Hindi).
  • Prior experience in customer success.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • A problemsolving mindset and a customercentric approach.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Salary:
₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
