Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Understand and deliver on BFSI mandates.
  • Sourcing profiles from different job portal and social networking sites.
  • Job posting of jobs on job portals.
  • Coordination for the interviews.
  • Support the practice in achieving the business goals.
  • Supporting with the research data for generating new business leads.
1+ years of experience in recruitment for BFSI industry.

MBA(HR) freshers also welcome.

Must possess good communication skills.

Self motivator and go getter.
