Evaluating NPA accounts by taking Physical possession, sale of property as per SARFAESI guidelines.
Responsible for overall debt control, recoveries and collection of NPAs
Issuance of Notices/Replies to notices.
Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI.
Maintaining records of original documents and NPA accounts status for RBI reports.
Sale of Assets through DRT process under Recovery Proceedings
Drafting and vetting of legal documentation and ensure legal compliances are adhered.
Prepare various draft for filing under various Act's like DRT, NCLT.

What we look for:

Litigation exposure is desirable.
Must have relevant experience in SARFAESI Act, IBC, NCLT etc. rules and regulations
Experience of handling NPA cases in ARC/Banking/NBFC/Financial Institutions.
