    We are looking for an HRRecruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment from identifyingpotential hires to interviewing and evaluatingcandidates.HR Recruiter responsibilitiesinclude sourcing candidates online updating job ads and conductingbackground checks. If you have experience with various jobinterview formats including phone screenings and group interviewsand can help us recruit faster and more effectively we d like tomeet you.Ultimately you will play animportant part in building a strong employer brand for our companyto ensure we attract hire and retain the most qualifiedemployees.

    Responsibilities

    • Designand update job descriptions
    • Source potentialcandidates from various online channels (e.g. social media andprofessional platforms like StackOverflow andBehance)
    • Craft recruiting emails to attractpassive candidates
    • Screen incoming resumes andapplication forms
    interviewcandidates (via phone video andinperson)
    • Prepare and distributeassignments and numerical language and logical reasoningtests
    • Advertise job openings on company scareers page social media job boards andinternally
    • Provide shortlists of qualifiedcandidates to hiring managers
    • Send job offeremails and answer queries about compensation andbenefits
    • Monitor key HR metricsincluding timetofill timetohire andsource of hire
    • Participate in jobfairs and host inhouse recruitmentevents
    • Collaborate with managers to identifyfuture hiring needs
    • Act as a consultant to newhires and help themonboard

    Requirementsand skills

    • Proven workexperience as an HR Recruiter or similarrole
    • Familiarity with Applicant TrackingSystems and resume databases
    • Experience withsourcing techniques
    • Understanding of referralprograms
    • Solid verbal and written communicationskills
    • Sound judgement
    • BScin Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or relevantfield
