Job brief

We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and

ensure effective communication with other doctors & patients.

As a PR Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to

handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If

you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we'd like to

meet you. Your goal will be to cultivate a positive Clinic image.


Responsibilities:


Community Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities, businesses,
and organizations.

  • Organize and participate in community events to promote dental health
awareness and the clinic's services.

  • Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social
media posts etc.)

  • Prepare and distribute all marketing related material

Media Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and establish relationships
with local journalists.

  • Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to promote
clinic events, achievements, and services.


Social Media Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities for
engagement.


Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referring
physicians, and other dental practitioners in the area.

  • Develop PR campaigns and develop other doctor's relations strategies

Patient Communication:

  • Develop strategies to communicate effectively with existing and potential
patients.

  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to enhance the patient experience and
address concerns.


Event Planning:

  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and seminars to increase
awareness of dental health and the clinic's services.

  • Organize PR events (e.g. open days, Dental camps, etc.) and serve as the clinic's
spokesperson

  • Track outcome of camps and other collaborations and follow industry trends
  • Prepare and submit reports related to tieups, camps, collaborations, etc

Crisis Communication:

  • Develop and implement strategies for handling public relations crises, if and
when they arise.

Requirements and skills

  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
  • Creativity and problemsolving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the local community and cultural nuances.

Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare or Dental Industry

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
