Job briefWe are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and
ensure effective communication with other doctors & patients.
As a PR Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to
handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If
you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we'd like to
meet you. Your goal will be to cultivate a positive Clinic image.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities, businesses,
- Organize and participate in community events to promote dental health
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social
- Prepare and distribute all marketing related material
Media Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and establish relationships
- Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to promote
Social Media Management:
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities for
Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referring
- Develop PR campaigns and develop other doctor's relations strategies
Patient Communication:
- Develop strategies to communicate effectively with existing and potential
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to enhance the patient experience and
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and seminars to increase
- Organize PR events (e.g. open days, Dental camps, etc.) and serve as the clinic's
- Track outcome of camps and other collaborations and follow industry trends
- Prepare and submit reports related to tieups, camps, collaborations, etc
Crisis Communication:
- Develop and implement strategies for handling public relations crises, if and

Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare or Dental Industry
Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
