Job Description:

This role deals with Software System Design activities for Electric Vehicle (EV) functions and is a customer fronting role. It scopes the following activities

Handling of System Requirements endtoend (Requirement Analysis, System Design, System Validation)
Working with the OEMs (Customer) and Internal function teams to clarify open points, create technical analysis reports, feature estimation, joint validation etc.
Negotiation of timing and content with Customer and internal teams
Timely handling of reported issues
Adherence to PS processes (also in ASPICE context)
Performing System Architecture activities (eg : HSI, MATLAB designs)

Technical Prerequisites

Experience in Automotive Powertrain System with specific knowledge in Electrification topics
Strong Development experience with Embedded C, RTOS, AUTOSAR stack
Familiarity with development tools and methods in the Embedded area
Knowledge of basic system validation HW, tools and methods, strong debugging skills
Working knowledge with MATLAB system context editor (optional)

Soft skill Prerequisites

Ability to work with a dedicated team and independently.
Effective communication and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrate ownership and be selfmotivated with the will to drive new topics and features within the organizational entity.

Qualifications:

BE (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication)

ME / MTech (Automotive, Mechanical, Power Electronics)

5 to 8 years' experience
