Warehouse in charge/supervisor/ Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise coach and train warehouse work office
- Strategically plan and manage logistics warehouse, Transportation and customer service
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery time, Transport cost and efficiency
- Resolve all issues, problems and complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, Accuracy and Timeline
- Maintain Metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Pending order reconciliation with respective supply and ensure minimum stock level
- Customer order execution without errors and keep track of 100% order fulfilment.
Warehouse in charge/supervisor/ Manager Requirements:
- Proven work experience in depot manager
- Record of successful distribution and warehouse management
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in standard warehouse system.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multi problem.
- Ability to manage different supply units and warehouse SOP as per company norms.
Salary:
₹8, ₹29,797.71 per month
