Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Accurately understand the programs and its benefits offered by the institute.
  • Updating our internal database with new & converted prospects.
  • Contacting active prospects to encourage traffic and registrations to our programs.
  • Addressing clients' in a courteous and coherent manner.
  • Redirecting the prospect to the appropriate medium when necessary.
  • Reporting progress of prospects to the team for closing.
  • Reporting all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

Qualifications:


  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Passion for acquiring and converting prospects
  • Proficient in customer engagement and support.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Results oriented

Salary:
Rs 45000 to including incentives)

Work type:
Full time | Work from office
