Job Title:
Facility Executive - Housekeeping Department
Role Overview:
As a Facility Executive specializing in the housekeeping department, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Housekeeping Operations Management:
- Develop and implement housekeeping protocols, standards, and procedures.
- Supervise, train, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring proper scheduling and task delegation.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards and compliance with safety regulations.
2.
Inventory and Resource Management:
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate procurement of supplies and ensure their optimal utilization.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
3.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Address any noncompliance issues promptly and efficiently.
4.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure housekeeping needs align with overall facility objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors for services and supplies, negotiating contracts when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with staff, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years in housekeeping management, preferably in a corporate or facility setting.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
