Responsibilities:

Property/Platform Management

Set up, optimisation and management of Art Fervours pages within each social media platform with the focus of meeting the objectives and goals driving visibility and engagement
Thorough understanding of all social media platforms like IG, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
Ability to understand social media analytics and optimize content as per the target audience and brand objective and growth requirements.

Creation and Editing

Staying up to date and ability to use the new features of SM platforms with a Primary focus on Instagram
Staying on top of trends and trending content as well as incorporating and connecting it to the brand
Ability to use creative story getting to create visual content for Social Media (Take and edit Videos, Take and edit photos, make graphics, trending Reels.
Should be willing to feature in video and audio reels as well as direct/guide others on the team
Adept in using editing softwares like Canva, Cap Cut, Inshots etc. Awareness of using AI softwares/tools is an advantage

Live Posting

Cover onground engagements and events around the city through social media content creation and endtoend live posting from image/video/audio documentation to generation and editing of content for stories/posts etc. and final execution of publishing and sharing on relevant social media channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with minimum 12 years of industry experience
Strong understanding of how different social media channels/platforms work
Experience in digital/social media strategy and execution
Strong visual communication and content/copy writing skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Adaptable and solutionoriented
Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Relevant knowledge about the industry, client and project + familiarity with latest industry trends and practices
Should be based within Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore and be available onsite at different locations within the city and be able to travel to these locations as per the requirements.
Should be fluent in English and Hindi
Should be open to working full time 3 days a week (From home or onsite)
Should be open to working on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) during important events and site visits as and when required
Should be willing to work flexible hours, and on occasion late nights especially on specific days of engagements or events.
Should have a phone with a good camera and editing softwares (Will not be provided by AF)
