Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services to potential clients.

Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the products or services offered, and a strategic approach to sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:


  • Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Presentations:


  • Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to differentiate from competitors.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:


  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions to help refine product/service offerings.

Sales Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information about products or services.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Additional Requirements:


  • Willingness to travel, as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
₹9, ₹40,000.00 per month
