Job Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your Data knowledge/experience across Demand Planning and CCC, as well as develop your expertise, within a world leading pharmaceutical company.

The role of the Process Data Expert (Demand Planning and CCC) is to help define the data standards, data quality and reporting requirements to support the strategy and roadmap for the Demand Planning and CCC process with the aim of enabling the business to operate effectively through-out the global supply chain.

This will be achieved by supporting the GPD's and their teams ensuring the data supporting the business process is clearly understood and driving accurate data quality and right first-time data set up into the business via effective stewardship.

You will be working in partnership with other team members within the Global Supply Chain GPO team and across the business and various GSK functions.

You will have the opportunity to perform a leading role in GSK within the Global Supply Chain GPO team.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree qualified or with significant relevant experience
Deep understanding of Demand Planning and/or CCC process within Supply Chain organization
Demonstrated experience working crossfunctionally
Proficiency in English
Demonstrated experience leading continuous Data improvement activity
Able to articulate experience managing senior stakeholders
Strong SAP APO / SAP IP Experience in Demand Planning / Consensus Forecasting process
SAP IBP knowledge in the Demand Planning (Statistical Forecasting) process
Knowledge of CCC performance measures and common mitigation steps

Key Responsibility

Act as Data champion of the Global ERP (SAP) template from a Demand Planning and CCC process
Support the business with specialist expertise and knowledge of the data supporting the processes and systems, driving effective Data stewardship across the business end users
Engage with upstream and downstream Data Process Owners to ensure alignment of data across the business processes as required.
Conduct routine assessment of data supporting the business process performance, in order to identify data standards required to optimise/reengineer processes as needed
Support business cases for planned or proposed changes to assess and understand any impact on the Master Data
Optimise the use of Data in ERP (SAP) to support business processes, including the data impact when deployment of new functionality.
Support creation of documentation for usertraining, Data capabilitybuild and Dat Quality rule understanding.
