Have Experience of Paver Block making machine (manufacture REIT )- Have Experience From Construction Material /Machine (Paver Block's & Kerb stone) Manufacturing Plant
- Must have Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic machine Working and also knowledge of sensor
- Able to Operate ROTHO
- Curing System for Concrete Block & Paver Production
- Overall control of readymixed concrete batching and precast production.
- Planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.
- Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety.
- Selection of material, supplier and subcontractor with approval from MD.
- Maintenance and housekeeping of Factory Building including machine & equipment, dormitory, production site, storage site if any, conforming to Building and MOM requirement.
- Plan and manage the optimal use of production space taking also into consideration Authorities requirements, fire issues and safety.
- Coordinate with Planning team, Quality Assurance team, Delivery team, Material Procurement, Mould team, subcontractor etc to ensure smooth production.
- Ensure quality control is carried out at all stages of production and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and ISO.
- Ensure concrete wastage to max of 2% and mínimal remedial work.
- Ensure optimal output per site to achieve plant and/or Company targets.
- Manage and control fleet of logistic vehicles under delivery section.
Salary:
₹28, ₹45,000.00 per month
