MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researching and maintaining the database of case laws;
Preparation of snippets, articles, infographics, notes etc. on regulatory updates and publishing it on website and on other sites;
Application & Documentation of all the cases;
Liaising with Company, RTA, Lawyers, Nodal Officers, IEPF, IRDA, MCA, RBI, NCLT, SEBI etc.
Exposure of all the relevant acts which requires to be studied for recovery of lost or forgotten wealth of clients;
Client Documentation;
IEPF form Filing;
Invoicing and recovery of fee from clients
Thorough Professional focused on meeting clients' needs;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good verbal and written communication;
Organized and able to meet deadlines;
Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments.
