A Real Estate Salesperson must always be on the lookout for potential new clients to buy, sell, and rent properties.


  • They must take advantage of any new leads, turn them into appointments, and convince prospective clients to work with them.
  • Consult with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Needs to have indepth knowledge of the local area and real estate market.
  • Should know market trends and neighbourhood data, and regularly preview local properties to have a sense for what is on the market.
  • Whether the client is buying, selling or renting, the Sales executive is required to walk them through each step of the process and advice clients on prices and market conditions.
  • Act as a guide to clients is seeking a new property. He/she is required to work with the client to understand their needs and then generate lists of potential properties. They are also required to take the client to visit the properties, and answer any questions.
  • Determine and understand clients' needs and financial ability to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value and show the property to the client as per budget and location preferences
  • Display and market property to possible buyers
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties(Rental ,Resale and UC)
  • Develop networks and cooperate with builders and agents
  • Promote sales through quality services so that our satisfied client generates referrals for us.
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
  • Stay updated about real estate markets, upcoming and ongoing projects.
  • Adherence to Company policies and processes.
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
  • Any other work assigned by the Management in the interest of the company.

Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
