Experience: 3-4 years full-time teaching/training experience in the concerned domain in a reputed organization. Should have at least 1-2 years production experience in web development.

Qualification:
Post-Graduation in English literature

Number of openings: 1

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create lesson plans/curriculum for English / Communication Training for the students.
Create lesson plans/curriculum for English / Communication Training for the students.
Facilitates daytoday classes to assist students in gaining English knowledge and communication skills.
Constantly monitors and updates the quality of training and curriculum from time to time.
Track student progress and give them feedback.
Groom and prepare students for employment in the Healthcare sector.
Create and conduct assessments and extra classes for weaker students.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
Provide inspiration, motivation by setting a personal example.
Prepare the Trainer's Roaster and maintain records in ERP.
Coordinate and assist with the OJT / Placements team.
Any other administrative task assigned by HOD Academics/Project Manager.
Any other academic task assigned by Project Manager.
