Main Functions:

  • Sales

MIS:
Maintain a comprehensive MIS data in Excel to track and achieve assigned sales

targets during specific financial periods, publishing periodic reports for analysis.

  • Financial

MIS:
Share reports with the team to facilitate the achievement of targeted profits,

providing necessary insights and support.

  • HR

Functions Reporting:
Manage manpower hiring and retail HR functions reports in Excel

and portals to ensure smooth operations.

  • Cross-

Departmental Coordination:
Foster coordination between various department heads

including Front End, Finance, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR, supporting them with

structured and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Publish accurate and timely reports, maintaining a readily accessible data bank for any
requests.

  • Generate and publish reports/dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other support groups, measuring performance against
established KPIs.

  • Provide insights on highlights and challenges for strategic course corrections.
  • Engage with internal teams to identify analysis requirements, address process gaps, and
provide regular reports to enhance performance.

  • Draft, check, and store various documents required by management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a retail MIS executive.
  • Ability to thrive in a start up environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant professional courses.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
