Voxelmaps is seeking to fill the position of Recruiter Qualifier to assist with our location in
HYDERABAD, INDIA for a user study collection project.

This is a temporary role that will not result in a full-time permanent position.

VoxelMaps is looking for detail-oriented temporary Recruitment Qualifiers with a passion for Technology, People, and supporting the development of AI training.

As a Recruitment Qualifier, you will be supporting a large study that will be developing new technology for consumer-based devices.

Responsibilities:

• If eligibility after initial screening looks promising, you will schedule them for an appointment at our study site.
• Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting followup communications.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential participants.
• Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
• This position is remote, and you will need to work from the virtual office alongside other recruiters and recruiting manager.
• Hours may fluctuate daily however the work week will be Mon-Fri, but we require flexibility of your schedule with some additional evening and weekend work.

Qualification Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of recent experience in a call center or as a highvolume recruiter.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Project Director, Project manager, Moderators, and Participants.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Deadlinedriven and detailoriented.
• Enjoys working in a teamoriented, servicefocused environment.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge in CRM's and Scheduling Software.
• Bilingual a must (English & Telugu)

• 524 INR per hour, paid semimonthly. Overtime pay at time and a half.
