    Job Summary

    The Market Research and Intelligence Manager for the US Market at Foundever is tasked with enhancing market intelligence and conducting competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and foster business growth. By merging internal and external data, this role produces detailed market intelligence, carries out account and competitor assessments, and benchmarks competitive landscapes. The preferred candidate should have a strong background in market research and competitive intelligence, showcasing analytical and strategic thinking skills. Additionally, they must have superior communication skills, crucial for distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights for the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and execute targeted account scoring strategies, including individual, cluster, and programmatic accounts.
    • Build customer segmentation and targeting frameworks to refine marketing efforts.
    • Create a unified market intelligence dataset from a mix of internal and external data.
    • Conduct comprehensive market, competitor analysis, and strategic research to uncover potential opportunities.
    • Monitor industry trends, utilizing third-party research, competitor analysis, and industry publications for insights.
    • Analyze data to enhance marketing strategies and competitive edge.
    • Generate intelligence reports to inform marketing strategies, sales tactics, and enhance senior management's market insight.
    • Perform research on potential contacts and prospects with tools like ZoomInfo, ensuring data integrity.
    • Stay updated on analyst and industry reports, extracting and communicating critical insights.

    Experience:

    • Extensive market research and intelligence background with quantitative analysis proficiency.
    • Leadership experience managing market research and business intelligence teams.
    • Advance Excel expertise (complex formulas, data visualization, PivotTables, VBA).
    • Skilled in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and PowerBI.
    • Customer experience, support, or BPO industry experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data model and reporting capabilities.
    • Experience building advanced statistical/data science models (propensity, churn, next-best-purchase) is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
    • Deep understanding of market research resources and key business drivers
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective collaboration
    • Strategic analytical mindset with robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in advanced analytics and data science modeling techniques is a plus
    • Continuous learning mindset with a keen analytical approach
