About the Role


The Post-Delivery owner will work in very close collaboration with the invoice and billing team in India and will ensure that they do the agreed proof of delivery checks for every order and provide the same to billing and invoice team along with their go ahead to invoice the customer.


Responsibilities:


  • Works in close collaboration with other postdelivery owners to manage volume of transactions Has a good overview of Global Pharma Products and understand what "delivery" entails for those products; checks journal shipment and product delivery
  • Ensures Proof of Delivery exists and Billing team sends it to the customer with every invoice
  • Works with predelivery owners to ensure billing details for client invoicing are set and any missing information is proactively chased up
  • Reviews product delivery order reports for SOX compliance and ensured orders are approved for billing
  • Tracks orders that failed Proof of Delivery checks
  • Works with predelivery and delivery owners to review the root causes and continuously improve the metrics and ensuring orders are keyed right first time
  • Keeps the Product Delivery Lead up to date to on billing orders and ensures adherence to an agreed time frame when orders are delivered
  • Organized in terms of their work and follows relevant processes to ensure SOX checks are done and appropriately documented
  • Liaises very closely with the billing team in India on a daily basis and resolves any postbilling queries as required
  • Ability to be calm, accurate and adheres to processes in particular when managing high volumes transactions over monthend and yearend


Requirement- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 1-2 years' experience in professional capacity preference if in Operations or Process Management- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).- Strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills- Ability to multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment- Strong communication, follow-through and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and a team player- Understanding of HTML coding and logic is advantageous- Displays High Integrity and Honesty- Accepts responsibility for the results based outcomes of group.- A high level of proficiency in the local language is a must.
