Key responsibilities:


  • Ensure consistency and standardization in design
  • Take user centred design approach
  • Present wireframes to stakeholders, defend design decisions, utilize feedback and improve deliverables iteratively
  • Run design sprints to help define solutions for user problems
  • Work with the Engineering team to ensure fitandfinish polish for each sprint
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to understand project requirements, target audience, key messaging, and translate them into compelling visual solutions

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma etc. Experience of HTML/CSS/JS are a plus
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking, ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
  • A strong portfolio
