General Manager.
As an Office Assistant / Office Administration, you will be responsible to monitor, upkeep and update the vessel schedules and the fuel consumption of vessels in-charged.
Roles and Responsibilities of Operation Executive.
- To arrange everything to accomplish a voyage such as appointment of shipping agent, bunker replenishment, weather routing appointment etc
- Monitor and review actual fuel consumption of vessels against budgeted consumption to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Communication with vessel's masters, owners/charterers or brokers, ports agent.
- Monitoring vessel's movement and performance and report to related parties
- Track record of Purchase Order.
- Maintain Documents.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Office Assistant, similar role in Marine & Shipping Industry.
- Graduation required.
- Strong organizational & timemanagement skills and able to multitask.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
