Requirements:


  • Good Communication skills
  • Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good technical knowledge
Shift: 6 days Rotational shift


Work Location:
Ranchi

Week Off: 1 Day Rotational week off

Work from Office


Qualification:
Under Graduate/ Graduate/Experience


  • Interview Place: Telephonic.
