- Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
Work Location:
Ranchi
Week Off: 1 Day Rotational week off
Work from Office
Qualification:
Under Graduate/ Graduate/Experience
- Interview Place: Telephonic.
