    Description
    QualityAssuance TeamleadQuality Managers shall ensure that theproject team delivers to the expectations of the customer /client
    andinternal stakeholders (operations account team). Quality Managersshall also provide goals and
    objectivesto the quality team manages escalations / issues and providesupport to the operations team
    wheneverrequired.
    KeyResult Areas
    Ensure that the team adheres to qualityand delivery standards no escalations from client on the qualityof
    thedeliverables
    Provide support to the operations wheneverrequired
    Lead transition of new processes fromquality standpoint
    Manage escalations / issuesreported
    Ensure no compliance issues w.r.t accuracyaudits and reporting in internal and external complianceaudits
    Sampling target is met for allprocesses.
    Responsibilities
    Business/ Customer
    Ensure that the team meets the deliverystandards expected by the client the qualityand
    timelinessof Audits
    Ensure that the team shall deliver to thecustomers /clientsexpectations
    Ensure On timeAudits
    Ensure reduction in the occurrence ofdefects per agreed goals
    Provide expertise in terms of the auditingprocess sample sizes metrics base lining andmeasurement
    systemanalysis to the clients / customers during new processtransition
    Project/Process
    Review staffing scheduling scopingsampling and calibration and ensures that these activitiesare
    conductedaccurately timely and with adherence to qualitystandards.
    Lead / supervise defect reductioninitiatives / projects
    Staff quality leads on qualityissues.
    Work with operations stakeholders toidentify any ongoing issues and works towards resolvingthose.
    Publishesdashboards to stakeholders after review.

    oStaffquality leads on quality issues and reviews team deliverables on aperiodic basis.
    Lead / supervise continuous processimprovement initiatives / projects
    People/ Team
    Provide leadership / guidance to the teamin meeting their goals and objectives
    Motivates team members through appropriaterewards and recognition programs.
    Sets goals and accountabilities to his /her team and reviews them periodically. He / Sherevise thesegoals
    asappropriate.
    Identify training needs for direct reportsand ensure domain/developmental trainings needs aremet
    Conducts regular oneonones with the teammembers to understand ongoing
    Conduct performance appraisals for teammembers
    Manage attrition through skip levelmeetings planning interventions engagementcalendars
    Deliver communication received from seniormanagement to the team members though town hallsteam
    meetings
    Participate in organizational initiativessuch as recruitment drives training programsetc.
    Degreeof Independence/Supervision required
    Receives guidance from leadership on broadgoals and objectives to be achieved. Executesresponsibilities
    independentlyrelated to self and team (direct/indirect) with periodic review ofresults and metrics.

    Qualification

    Education:
    Graduate with relevantexperience

    Shouldhave done basic quality training Lean and basic QCtools
    b.
    BBcertified preferred

    Minimum Experience required:
    Should have 810 years ofexperience in managing QA (QualityAssurance)
