Scope of Work

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of exchanges, returns and refunds.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered.
  • Assist customers with order-related issues such as tracking, shipping, and delivery.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs effectively.
  • Handling customers who are not accepting orders via phone calls (RTO Handling).
  • If any color is out of stock, call and coordinate with customer
  • Handling returns requests received via Shiprocket

KPIs

  • Response time
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 20 minutes for all communication channels
  • Average handle time-Try to solve customer queries in a single call with minimum follow ups to maintain a smooth flow.
  • Handling return rate
  • Minimize the number of returns and exchanges through effective issue resolution and communication.
  • Accuracy of information
  • Communicate clear policies about exchange return.
  • Product knowledge
  • Understand the features of each product and explain them accurately to the customers.
  • Documentation

Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
