Key Responsibility Areas:


  • Responsible for calling customers and answering their queries related to the institution.
  • Responsible for upselling the products & services to potential customers, parents & students
  • Contact potential and existing customers, parents & students to explain the product and new services and courses offered by the institution.
  • Direct prospects and enquiries to the concerned team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in database
  • Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information
  • Experience ranges between 1 to 2 years as Telecalling Executive. Freshers are welcome.
  • Required Education Qualification: Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Basic knowledge on IT Skills
  • Ability to learn about the product, services and courses and describe them to prospects
  • Should be a Gogetter
  • Cool tempered and able to handle rejection

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
