We are looking for enthusiastic psychologists and counselors to join YourDOST.

YourDOST is an online emotional wellness platform that aims to increase awareness regarding mental wellness and break the prevalent social stigma attached to seeking psychological help.

At YourDOST, users can anonymously seek emotional support from experts consisting of life coaches, psychologists and other experienced individuals.

Our client is training low income group adults to take up jobs in various sectors like Retails and Sales, General Duty Assistant, Food and Beverage, Sewing Machine Operators etc.

The dropout and attrition rate during and after training is quite high and through emotional counseling they wish to provide support to the learners and in-turn to have good retention numbers

Responsibilities and Duties

Should be able to speak regional languages
Should be willing to travel outside the current location
Should be able to motivate people to take up the job and continue in job to build a good career
Educate them around importance of financial independence
Help learners plan out ways to solve their concerns.
