Role Description:

You will be responsible for driving customers, engagement, and retention across our client's website by making the structure and plan of marketing campaigns for our D2B clients.
Identify and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Managing comprehensive BTL marketing strategies
Managing growth marketing initiatives, performance marketing and analyzing marketing data, developing and implementing marketing strategies
Utilize datadriven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
Develop a marketing plan and budget for the brands and implement integrated marketing strategies
Working closely with various marketing teams (LinkedIn, Google, Social media) to setup and execute campaigns.
Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
You build and run A/B tests across online channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ months of experience in growth marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and datadriven thinking skills
