JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wow the clients with designs & professionalism.
Visit client site and understand their requirements, provide your inputs and suggestions to their queries, concerns and setting project schedules.
Developing design ideas & concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
Produce rough sketches and a mood board (a collection of suitable images, colours and materials) for presentation to clients.
Zero error, complete, standard and easy to understand PDs.
Site visit while execution is ongoing.
Agenda for every meeting shared on mail and approval.
Process and checklist adherence 100%.
100% attendance in training, brain storming sessions & implementation in day to day activities.
Complete design phase (PDs, movable furniture, deco lightings, curtains, painting, etc).
Ownership of design phase (Queries, escalations and solutions).
Working with team members, supporting and collaborating with others to achieve project success.
Design phase completed within agreed timeline.
5 star review from clients.
Better industry knowledge in terms of materials, themes, processes & pricing.

Salary:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Residential Interiors: 2 years (required)
