Finance executive Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization.
• Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation (Marketing & Production).
• Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources.
• Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility.
• Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
• Supervising a team of accountants and finance clerks.
• Assist in financial audits.
• Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues.
• Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database.
• Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance).
• Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs).
• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
• Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department).
• Analyze and report profit margins.
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Preparing & Presenting MIS reports.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
